Priyan is a London based seasoned investment professional with a career spanning 25+ years across investment banking, investment management and consulting in the financial services, funds and family office sectors. He has worked across the full spectrum of enterprises ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large listed companies.
His experience is marked by a series of high-impact roles and significant transactions across the M&A, PE and VC landscape. Most recently, he has held senior roles with various prominent family offices and associated investment vehicles across the MENA and European regions encompassing comprehensive responsibilities ranging from strategic management, investment deal structuring and capital raising.
His early career as a consultant at PwC provided a strong foundation for a successful tenure in investment banking where he specialised in structured finance working on numerous multi-billion dollar cross-border transactions prior to embarking on more entrepreneurial endeavours post-banking.
He is a chartered accountant, and his educational background includes a Bachelor of law degree from King’s College London.
